Over the past three years, I have effectively led a team dedicated to demand generation for male health services, consistently surpassing our targets. In my role, I oversaw the implementation of key health initiatives and fostered strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and communication. Alongside leadership, I developed and delivered comprehensive training programs for newly recruited mobilizers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve both monthly and annual objectives. This approach has been crucial in building a high-performing team that exceeded project goals ahead of schedule in 2019, 2022, and 2024."

I oversaw the operations of teams focused on demand generation for male health services, providing mentorship and targeted training to ensure consistent achievement of performance objectives. I actively contributed to budget planning and participated in coordination meetings with government ministries and partner organizations, aligning project goals and resources to optimize outcomes. Through capacity-building efforts, I successfully enhanced team performance and project execution.

I established and provided technical support for Income Generating Activities (IGAs) in school communities, focusing on vulnerable children and youth in the Lubombo Region. I developed backyard vegetable gardens to supplement meals for these children, while enabling them to sell surplus produce to support their families. Additionally, I facilitated training sessions for community members on sustainable agricultural practices and business management, enhancing the overall effectiveness and sustainability of the IGAs.

I conducted comprehensive business start-up and management training for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), equipping both aspiring and existing business owners with essential skills and knowledge. I assisted participants in developing tailored business plans to enhance operational efficiency and market competitiveness. Additionally, I provided ongoing support and guidance to entrepreneurs, helping them implement effective management strategies to improve overall business performance.
