· Facilitate information sharing on criminal matters regarding Eswatini and other countries.

· Manage, plan, organize, lead and control all the activities of the National Central Bureau to achieve effective international police cooperation and support criminal investigations within the country.

· Supervise incoming requests from other countries and maintain a quality control system of the responses to be sent.

· Represent the NCB at meetings and conferences at national and international level.

· Serve as the main contact point for the country and participate in projects, operational activities, trainings/workshops and conferences.

· Market the use of INTERPOL policing capabilities to fight transnational organised crime in Eswatini.

· Provision of quality service, up-to-date specialized knowledge, training and investigative support to INTERPOL member countries on criminal activities (especially transnational crime).

· Coordination of regional activities and liaison with specialized officers at INTERPOL Headquarters, Regional Bureaus and INTERPOL National Central Bureaus.

· Carry out research and analytical work to identify existing and emerging crime trends, modus operandi, syndicates and device methods to address such phenomenon.

· Organize and participate in meetings and/or conferences.

As officer In-charge, my office was responsible for collecting/gathering of information on crime, collating the same and further analyzing such information pertaining types of crimes committed, especially organized and trans-national crimes in order to identify perpetrators then disseminating intelligence based on such cooked data/information to relevant authorities.

The office was also responsible for storing statistics on general crime occurrences and produces annual crime reports for the police organisation
