- Planning, performing ATC training, supervising training, examining, and assessing ATC trainees and Qualified Air traffic controllers as required in the ATC Unit Training Plan .
- Policy Advisor and training expert advisor to the Chief ATC on ATC Training, personnel licensing and ATC Competency matter and functions as the departments Unit evaluation and Proficiency development officer.
- Manage the ATC Training function by ensuring all training documentation, procedures and relevant manuals are up to date and available in the ATC units.
